Given the size of the residence (1400 square feet) <br />out of a total 20,000 square faot building. along with the size of <br />~he garage for the night watchman residence (866 square feet), it <br />appears that the residence is intended for use by the owner rather <br />than a bona tide night watchman. <br /> <br />I believe it is appropriatE! for YC:;iI,1 to rElquire t;he oW':ru~r to state <br />in writing the intended US6 of that residence, including the terms <br />of engagement of the night watchman. That letter sho'l~ld include a <br />g0neral description ot the type of person who will be used as the <br />night wi!'ttc:hman, t.he hours of employment of the night watchman and <br />El ;!;jp@cifiQ oommitt'I'lent in wJ::'iting that the ownsr will not be using <br />it as his/her primary residence.
