It is zoned B-3. The improvements <br /> <br />consist of a 20,000 square foot single story building designed for <br /> <br />general retail use.1 <br /> <br />2. SPECIAL USE PERMIT REOUIREMENTS. The requested use is listed <br />as number 18 in paragraph 8.350 of the Roseville Zoning Code. It <br /> <br />reads: <br /> <br />8.350. Uses by Special Permit in General Business <br />Districts.
