Paul, rH.rmesotap hereinaft€!r termed the lessaep the follow- <br /> <br />ing premises of the Railway Company near Little Canada station in <br /> <br />the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota~ to~wit~ <br /> <br />That portion of the Railway Companyfs Minneapolis <br />Branoh right of way in Lot 29 Section 1, Township 29 <br />North, Hange 23 Westp Fourth Principal Meridian, shown <br />colored red on the plat hereto attached and made a part <br />hereof. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD subject to the provisions following <br /> <br />ann until this 1aase is terminabed as hereinafter provided: <br />10 The lessee will occupy a portion of the premises for <br />private road in common with other lessees and that portion of the <br />premises outlined black for yard purposes. <br />2. Bither the Railway CompAny or the ~ssee may terminate this <br />lease at any time upon thirty (30) dayso written notice to the other <br />party. Any such notice given by the Ballway Company shall be good if <br /> <br />served personally upon the lessee or postea upon the leased premises <br /> <br />or deposited tn a United States postofftce addressed to the lessee at <br /> <br />St. Paul, Minnesotan Any such notice given by the lessee shall be <br /> <br />good if deposited in a Uni ted States postoffice addressed to the <br /> <br />~ 1 = <br />
