The majority of the trees that are either dead or dying were <br />planted by the developer of the project, The Rosevi/le School DIstrict. To date, the <br />school district has only accepted partial responsibility for the trees. Harstad <br />Homes, Inc., In an effort to resolve this Issue, has agreed to participate with the <br />replacement. This participation should not be construed as an admission of <br />responsIbility on behalf of Harstad Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />I am sure the landscapIng issues will be resolved in the spring.
