Kim and I <br />have reviewed the site plans and your request to extend the landscape planting <br />deadline for the Hills of Lake Owasso Townhomes through September 5, 1998. <br />With this letter the CitY approves this extension. <br /> <br />Our understanding is that you and your subcontractor will be in court during <br />August, 1998 to settle past project discrepancies, after which the missing <br />conifers within the Hills of Lake Owasso Townhomes will be planted. <br /> <br />This extension provides time to settle outstanding disputes and complete the <br />planting by the end of the day, Saturday, September 5, 1998. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Dennis P.
