This report has been prepared in accordance with generally accepted engineering <br />practices to assist the owner in evaluation of the site. The conclusions presented above are the <br />result of our professional interpretation of the information collected in this study. This report <br />should not be considered a guarantee that hazardous material contamination does not exist within <br />the soils and/or groundwater on this property. No other warranty, expressed or implied is made. <br />The scope of this report is limited to the specific project and locations described herein. Our <br />description of the project represents our understanding of the significant aspects in reference to the <br />site at the dates we performed our services. Some of the conclusions in this evaluation were based <br />on information from others and readily available information. If new information is disclosed or <br />an alteration of informal verbal information occurs, it could result in the redirection of the <br />conclusions presented in this report.
