want people driving through. Again it's our tax money, not
the developers' money, so it is the taxpayers' decision
through the school board and the city council. I expect my
money not to be wasted and am so far satisfied with these
elected officials' decisions regarding the use of my taxes,
The park will be a public park under the City of Roseville,
not an exclusive park of the development. We were told there
are plans to build trailwavs in the development, but these
may not be open to the public. If any tax money (City of
Roseville or School Board #623 money) goes to pay for these
trails, they better be open to the public. Again this is
something the existing neighbors wanted. I truly hope that
by promoting this "exclusive" development problems will not
be created by pitting this new homeowners' association
against the existing neighborhood. I for one have always
welcomed all my neighbors without regard to their economic
resources. I think it would be better to promote neighbor-
hood through "block clubs" versus a "homeowners' assoc i at ion;'
These associations are usually reserved for townhomes and
condominiums, not single family dwellings.
As I stated, I'm not sure if I can attend the meetings.
Could you ask someone to let me know the answers to my ques-
tions? I do want someone to be accountable for these issues.
I can be reached at the above address or 480-5002 day or
evening. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Plof d~ ~4

Mary Lou Mohn
