"

6. . Iffeasible, watermains need to be looped to insure better water pressure and water quality.
There are three areas that the watermain should be looped. They are between lots 17 and 18
block 4, between lots 9 and 10 block 2, and between lots 15 and 16 block 2.

7. . All of the Cul-de~sac's show islands being constructed in them, A mock cul-de-sac needs to
be drawn on one of the city's parking lots at the size shown on the plans to see if the two
Roseville Fire Department aerial trucks can turn around in them. The islands might have to be
removed from the construction plans if they canlt.

8. . The existing N.S.P. company easement, extends into those lots abutting the easement, about
halfway into the lots. The location of the easement needs to be marked on the lot before starting
the construction of the new homes. This will insure that no part of the homes are constructed
within the easement.

9. . There is a proposed sanitary sewer main running between lots 19 and 20 block 4 which will
have to have an easement large enough to be able to repair the main, between the buildings that
get built on those lots, if needed.

10. .lfthe watermains are looped between lots 17 and 18 block 4, lots 9 and 10 block 2, and lots
15 and lots 16 block 2, the same concerns that we have for the sanitary sewer above will exist.

11.. The old existing house at 2860 Dale Street will need to be removed form the site. The
foundation will also have to be removed and the hole filled with clean fill. Any existing services
that serve this house must be removed at their mains. If the lot has any wells on it they must be
removed as per state standards,

12.. An address system needs to be set up for the area and sent to the post office for their review.

13.. The deadend sanitary sewer manholes that are shown in the cul-de-sac's need to be move out
of the center islands so they can be maintained by the Utility Department. If the islands are
removed ITom the construction plans the manholes can stay in the locations shown.

14.. The locations of the new street (name unknown at t4is time) at Dale Street and at Western
Avenue must have Roseville's Engineering Department and Ramsey County approval.

15,. Proposed utility plans must meet City ofRoseville standards. Care must be taken with the
storm sewer plans to meet the new '1 Lake Shore Ordinance" requirements.
