Melby 451 Centennial Drive Roseville, Minnesota 55113 January 27, 1996 RE: Transmittal of Survey Sketch Illustrating Location of Shared Lot Line Between the Owassodale Addition and Owasso HiUs Development Dear Mr. Melby: In response to your caU, I asked the project surveyors, Schoell & Madson, Inc, to double check the location of the shared lot line between your lot and Lots 29 and 30 of the Owasso Hills subdivision. Enclosed is a copy of the sketch that they have provided to me illustrating their findings. As you will note, they located all of the existing iron pipe along this line, as well as the new ones that they recently set and found them all to be within .05 ft of their surveyed line. This is less than 111 difference. In looking at the sketch, you will see that the lot comers ofOwasso Hills Lot 29, Block 5, do not line up with the comers of Lot 10, Owassodale. I don't know if that was the source of your confusion, but, from our review the new irons are properly placed. This plat was also subject to a vel)' long and detailed review by the Ramsey County Surveyor's office and the line in question is a county half. section line. Please let me know if you have any further questions. If you have technical questions for the surveyors, you can speak directly to Doug Stahl at Schoell & Madson.
