After you have reviewed this letter, I would appreciate it if you <br />would give me a call and either discuss these questions then or arrange to meet and discuss them. <br /> <br />~ <br />l <br /> <br /> <br />(" <br /> <br />Since the last informational meeting with the community in July, we have been preparing responses <br />to the major questions raised by surrounding residents. I have also been in contact with a number of <br />interested developers. <br /> <br />Although there were several questions raised in the community meetings, several focused on future <br />traffic. To respond to these questions, we suggested and the Board agreed to retain <br />Short-Elliot-Hendrickson to prepare a traffic study. I have attached a photocopy of that study for <br />your review. <br /> <br />That study was presented to the Board on September 21, along with my recommendation that they <br />proceed with the PUD process with Alternative Concept B. That concept has been the best received <br />by the members of the Roseville City Council who have expressed an opinion and also by far the <br />most support from the development community. <br />
