<br />Holiday lighting and ornamentation up to 500w will be allowed. All such lighting <br />above this limit will be subject to review and approval of the architectural review <br />committee. <br /> <br />Trash and Recyclable Storage <br /> <br />Trash and recyclable storage must be enclosed or not' visible to the public. <br /> <br />Irrigation Systems <br /> <br />Irrigation system mechanical systems and garden hose storage must be screened <br />by landscaping or located in areas that are not visible to the public. <br /> <br />Woodpiles <br /> <br />Logs, split-logs, and kindling must be neatly stacked in locations that are not <br />visible to the public. Any such woodpile must be kept in a neat and s.table <br />condition. Wood may not be stacked in a location or manner that will cause <br />damage to any other structure (fence, house etc). The wood in all woodpiles must <br />meet all State and Local regulations and best disease management practices <br /> <br />Landscaping <br /> <br />Preserving, protecting and maintaining as much of the existing woods and natural areas is <br />encouraged as a means of reducing the impact of development on the existing wildlife <br />and their habitat. <br /> <br />The removal of any existing trees over 4 caliper inches in size or areas natural plantings <br />must comply with any City codes and will requires review and approval of the <br />architectural review committee. All trees and natural plantings that are designated to <br />remain are to be protected from damage due to construction, maintenance or the use of <br />the property. <br /> <br />The 50 feet wide wetland buffer strips are to be maintained in a natural condition to <br />protect the wetlands. No mowing, chemical use, compost piles, clipping, brush, leaf or <br />other materials storage is allowed within these buffer strips. Any removal of trees or <br />natural plantings within these areas is allowed only in full compliance with all <br />appropriate City codes. <br /> <br />Plant Materials - The use of native trees and shrubs is to be encouraged where <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />The following is a palette of generally acceptable native and non-native plant materials. <br /> <br />Page 6 <br />
