Boulevard to the north, and Western Avenue to the east, and a change in the Comprehensive Plan map relocation of the medium density residential uses and public park uses be approved with the following conditions: (I) All wetlands to be platted as outlots and deeded to the City, and easements shall be provided for the maintenance of all NURP basins and drainage improvements. (2) Trail connections ~o be provided to the neighborhood park ITom the proposed sidewalk along the main through street in the development and to provide access to the Judith Avenue neighborhood. (4) Final details of the proposed storm water drainage system design shall be completed in accordance with the Grass Lake Water Management Organization resolution and the City's Comprehensive Wat~r Management Plan.
