<br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1, Independent School District #623 request for concept approval of a planned unit <br />development consisting of 60 townhomes and 79 single family lots, a rezoning from R-I to <br />residential Planned Unit Development (PUD), and preliminary and final plat approval on <br />land generally bounded by Dale on the west and S. Owasso Blvd. to the north and <br />Western Avenue to the east. These trails shan be dedicated as pedestrian <br />rights-ofwway and the specific locations and design shall be determined in <br />cooperation with the Parks Commission and staff <br /> <br />The applicant shall cooperate with the staff and Peter Gryskewicz in the process of <br />evaluating the City's purchase of his property for storm water ponding purposes. <br />If the City chooses not to acquire this property and Mr. Gryskewicz decides to <br />pursue its development as a single family residential lot, the applicant has <br />volunteered to grant an access easement to serve this lot. <br /> <br />Final details of the proposed storm water drainage system design shall be <br />completed in accordance with the Grass Lake Water Management Organization <br />resolution and the City's Comprehensive Water Management Plan.
