In this industrial complex, there are a number of auto related uses and the proposed <br />reconditioning facility would be consistent with these other uses in the area. Often, auto <br />related uses involve the outside storage of vehicles. In this particular case, the applicant <br />has indicated that vehicles will be arriving on an appointment basis and that they will not <br />need outside storage at this location. Based on the compatibility with other uses in the <br />area and the fact that the operation is contained wholely within an existing faci1ity~ staff <br />recommends approval of the request by Abra Inc. for a special use permit for the <br />operation of an automotive wholesale fleet repair and reconditioning facility at 2033 W. <br />County Road C~2. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Abra, Inc. 's request for a special use permit for wholesale auto fleet <br />work with three conditions: <br /> <br />a. Limited to fleet repair with no retail activity. <br />b. No outside storage shall be permitted, and <br />c.
