Chief Operating Officer Rick Huntsinger and

Chief Financial Officer Sue Stenbeck didn't want the upheaval for employees or the higher

long term occupancy costs that would accompany a move to another city. Roseville was

"home" for Computype, but accommodating growth in its current location appeared

impossible.

Prauenshuh principals Tom Hauschild and Dick Strassburg called "time out." They

recommended that Computype refrain from finalizing any commitments for one week in

order to give them time to explore an approach that could keep the company in Roseville

where it had been for nearly 20 years. The City of Roseville, First Bank, Computype and

Prauenshuh Companies went into a huddle that resulted in an ultimate solution. Computype

has not only remained in its Roseville facility, but has reconfigured and expanded, thanks to

a unique loan arrangement created by the City, First Bank and Prauenshuh Companies.
