HEARINGS Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Roseville Area High School and Grace Church of Roseville's request for the vacation of Dellwood street and a variance to setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance at 2365 Dellwood Street be continued to the regular City council meeting of Monday, July 24, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Goedeke moved, wi ski seconded, that Judith Bennett's request for division of platted lot at 565 W. County Road B-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Arthur Mueller's request for vacation of easement at 2241 Ferris Lane be oontinued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Signorafters, request for approval of a sign permit at 2105 N. Snelling Avenue be continued to the regular City council meeting of Monday, April 10, 1995. Roll Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: Goedeke moved, wiski seoonded, that Simp on L request for a Special Use Permit at 2845 Haml! That there be no storage of trailers or dollies at the site. 4. That the five spaces for the lease vehicles be located as shown in the proposal presented to the Planning Commission. 5.
