200-2 Drawinas - The drawings and plans which show the character and scope of the Wor~ to be performed and which have been prepared or approved by the ENGINEER and are referred to in the Contract Documents. ENGINEER - The Director of Public Works and other Engineers named as such in the Agreement. Modification - Any written amendment of any of the contract Documents (including change Orders) duly executed and delivered after execution of Agreement. Notice of Award - The written not.ice by OWNER to the apparent successful bidder stating that upon compliance by the apparent successful bidder with the,conditions precedent enumerated therein, within the time specified. OWNER will sign and deliver the Agreement. Notice to Proceed - A written notice given by OWNER to CONTRACTOR (with a copy to ENGINEER) fixing the date on which the contract Time will commence to run and on which CONTRACTOR shall start to perform CONTRACTOR'S obligations under the contract Documents. OWNER - The City of Roseville, for whom the Work is to be performed. Project - The entire constrUction to be performed as provided in the Contract Documents. Project Representative - The authorized representative of the' ENGINEER who is assigned to the project or any parts thereof. ~bop Drawings - All drawings, diagrams, illustration~, brochures, schedules and other data which illustrate the equipment, material and work to be furnished by the CO~TRACTOR. Specifications - The Instructions to Bidders, these General conditions, the special 'Conditions. subcontractor - An individual, firm or corporation having a direct contract with the ,CONTRACTOR or with any other Subcon- tractor for the performance of a part of the Work at the site. ~pbstantial Completion - The point of time when all contract work, with the exception of minor cleanup and punch list items, bas been completed~ In the case of street work, this includes the placement of the bituminous wear course and placement of all sod and landscape materials.
