Figure dimensions on Drawings shall ,govern over scale dimensions, and detailed Drawings shall govern over General Drawings. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the Specifications or. Drawings "as being, required to produce the, , intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is ' specifically-called for. Work, materials or equipment described in words which so,applied.have a well-known technical or trade meaning shall be deemed ,to refer to such recognized standards. The CONTRACTOR assumes fully responsibility for having familiarized himself with the nature and the extent of the contract Documents, Work, Locality, and Local Conditions that may in any manner affect the Work to be done. OWNERSHIP AND COPIES OF DOCUMENTS: "CONSTRUCTION RECORD DRAWINGS" All Specifications, Drawings and copies thereof furnished by the OWNER shall remain his property. They shall not be used on another Project, and, with the exception of those sets which have been signed in connection with the execution of the Agreement, shall be returned to bim'on request upon completion of the Project. The OWNER will furnish to the CONTRACTOR up to ten copies of ,the' specifications and Drawings as are reasonable necessary, for the execution of the Work. Additional copies will be turnished, upon request, at the cost of reproduction. The CONTRACTOR shall keep one copy of all Specifications, Drawings, Addenda, Modifications, and Shop Drawings in good condition at the site which shall be, ,annotated to show all changes made during the construction prooess. These shall be available to the ENGINEER and shall be delivered to him'for the OWNER upon completion of the proj ect'. SUBCONTRACTS Prior to the award of the Contract, and when reques't-ed, the successful Bidder shall submit to the OWNER and the ,ENGINEER the names of the proposed Subcontractors for those portions of the Work for whioh the Subcontractors must be identified and submitted as ,specified in.the Contract Documents.
