Mrs. Florence Toenjes
1048 Ryan Avenue
Roseville, MN 55113

July 25, 1997

City Council Members
Roseville City Hall
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, MN 55113

Dear City Council Members:

I am writing to you in hopes of finding a solution to the "flooding" situation created by the
NEW townhouse development near Roselawn and Lexington. I have lived at 1048 Ryan for
over 41 years and never experienced a serious problem before the townhouses were built.

My late husband and I have always spoke with great pride concerning Roseville City
Government and City Services. We have been especially impressed with the "quick"
response following a snow storm or other natural disasters. Now, late in my life, I am hoping
that once again our city fathers will come to the rescue by correcting the serious water
problem in our neighborhood.

Sincerely,

l!::::::/!-r
