Minnesota 55113

SUBJECT: MASTER PIECE HOME DEVELOPMENT
WAYLEY PROPERTY, ROSELAWN AVENUE, ROSEVILLE, MN

Over the past month, the houses on the north side of the
development have experienced a great deal of standing water
in our back yards. When the development started, truckload
after truckload of fill was brought in. This raised the new
homes 4 feet above the level of our back yards. Before the
fill, the whole area was level. The raised property in the
development has caused a pitch which is sending water down
into our back yards.

We cannot change the way the houses are built, but we need a
permanent solution to this water. One that will not
deteriorate with age or human behavior. With that thought in
mind, might I suggest some type of below ground water pipe
that would carry the water to the northwest corner where the
large water catch basin is located.

I would like to address your council meeting on Monday night,
except that r have a wedding to attend in California on
Saturday and I will be leaving on Monday.

Thank you,

~'7J~
~!-;e~ M Warren
