<br />I <br /> <br />3) The preliminary utility design and storm water ponding have been reviewed <br />by Engineering staff and have been found to meet City standards and <br />requirements. Staffwill continue to review final Engineering plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />b) The review and approval of the planned unit development and subdivision <br />agreements by the City Attorney prior to the Mayor and City Manager executing <br />the documents. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve Masterpiece Homes Inc. request for final PUD development plan and <br />agreement subject to: <br /> <br />a) the modified plan illustrated at the August 14, 1995 meeting, <br />b) the three engineering conditions within the original staff report including vacated <br />right-of-way for the project: <br /> <br />1) A contribution to the sidewalk fund will be required for the Roselawn <br />Avenue frontage. <br />2) A curb cut will be required at Oxford Street and will need to be <br />constructed to Rosevlle standards. <br />3) The preliminary utility design and storm water ponding have been reviewed <br />by Engineering staff and have been found to meet City standards and <br />requirements. Staff will continue to review final Engineering plans and <br />specifications, <br /> <br />c) PUD document review by the City Attorney and approval by the City Manager and <br />signature by the Mayor. (After approval by the City Manager and signature by the <br />Mayor, the City Manager is authorized to publish the zoning ordinance change, <br />The effective date of the zoning ordinance change to PUD shall be the date of <br />publication). <br /> <br />2. Motion to approve the subdivision agreement between the City ofRoseville and <br />Masterpiece Homes Inc. subject to document review by the City Attorney and approval by <br />the City Manager and signature by the Mayor, <br /> <br />3.
