I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 0910 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1. CITY OF ROSEVILLE STANDARDS All work shall comply with the current standards if the city of Roseville. 2. PRECONSTRUCTION AND PROGRESS ~EETINGS Upon award of the contract 'to the Contractor, the Engineer shall schedule a preconstruction conference at a time and location as determined by the Engineer. In addition, the Engineer may schedule progress meetings to be held at a local location during working hours. The Contractor shall have in attendance at the preconstruction conference and the progress meetings, representatives of his company and of this subcontractors who have the authority to make commitments for the Contractor and subcontractors. 3. MATERIAL STORAGE The Contractor shall locate a site at the project to store his materials and equipment in such a manner that a minimum of congestion will result. The placing of said materials and equipment shall be subject to the approval of the Owner. The Contractor shall provide such construction sheds and storage sheds as he may require at his own expense. The Contractor shall maintain his storage site during construction and clean it after the site use is discontinued. 4. DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE WORK The Contractor shall keep one copy of all drawings and specifications on the work in good order, available to the Engineer and to his representatives. All drawings on the work shall bear the Engineer's approval. 5. PRIME CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION The prime Contractor shall furnish a full-time superintendent who is acceptable to the Engineer and Owner. The superintendent shall have authority to make decisions on behalf of the Contractor and shall coordinate and control all subcontractors. ' 6. CONSTRUCTION SEOUENCING The Contractor shall submit a construction schedule for approval prior to beginning construction. The Contractor shall schedule his work to provide a very minimum amount of disruption to traffic, commerce, and residences. 0910-1
