The more <br />input that can be obtained in this process, the better the plan will be. <br />Requested Commission Action <br />: Discuss and provide feedback. <br />6. Set Commission Retreat Date and Discuss Topics <br />This item is a follow up to your previous discussions regarding scheduling a Commission <br />retreat. In February, you decided to wait until new commissioners were appointed and the <br />master plan effort was nearing completion. Enclosed are the possible agenda items that you <br />mentioned at that time. <br />The Master Plan will be substantially complete by September, 2010. Please look at your <br />calendars to see what dates, either before or after, that will work for you. This would replace <br />your regularly monthly meeting in whatever month you decide to conduct the retreat. <br />Please be prepared to set a date; discuss agenda items, location, format and additional <br />information that commissioners would like from staff prior to or at the meeting. <br /> Requested Commission Action: <br /> Finalize retreat day/date/time and agenda. <br />7.
