<br />4. The Planning Commission, at the May 10, 1995 meeting, unanimously <br />recommended approval of A. H. LienlNorth Heights Lutheran Church's request for <br />an interim use permit to allow two 24' x 70' temporary buildings for office space at <br />2701 Rice Street subject to staff review of the exterior structure and design being <br />more compatible with the use of gabled roofs, coloring, wood steps, and subject to <br />the City's approval of drainage and building setback plans prior to the building <br />permit approval. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1, North Heights Church is experiencing growth in their facilities here in Roseville and in <br />Arden Hills. They are currently raising funds to expand the Arden Hills facility and will be <br />moving their administrative offices to that facility when completed. They are anticipating <br />this to take no more than three years and hopefully, even less time. In the mean time, they <br />are proposing an interim use of temporary modular office space on the Roseville site. <br />Their request is for a three year interim use permit. The buildings will not be connected to <br />sewer or water. The site plan has been reviewed by Engineering, Building Inspection, and <br />Fire Inspection staff and found that, as presented, the modular office space meets building <br />and life safety codes, Final review of plans submitted for building permit application will <br />need to address Engineering staffs concern that the site is adequately drained. Staff <br />recommends approval of A H.
