Requested Commission Action <br />: Comments, questions suggestions and recommendation on <br />the restroom facility at the arboretum. <br />5. Parks and Recreation Master Plan Continued Discussion <br />This is an item for continued discussion. Master Plan proposals have been received. Enclosed <br />is a memo that was sent to the City Manger and City Council for their information on December <br />15, 2008 during their budget deliberations. The master plan item is still in the budget but <br />without funding identified. <br />Requested Commission Action: <br /> Discuss, provide comments and suggestions. <br />6. Commission Retreat Discussion <br />Last meeting you requested that an item be placed on the January agenda relative to the <br />possibility of scheduling a commission retreat in 2009. A reminder that may be considered as <br />you discuss this topic is that you will have 3 new commissioners in April. <br />Requested Commission Action: <br /> Discuss merit and timing of retreat. <br />7. Frank Rog Amphitheatre Improvements and Event Update <br />At your December meeting you appointed Commissioners Kruzel and Brodt Lenz to the Frank <br />Rog Amphitheatre improvements advisory committee. The committee has not yet met. Staff <br />will be prepared to provide to you an update on the art project and give you the latest <br />information.
