Prepare for Joint City Council/Commission Meeting <br />6. <br />Your June meeting and the annual joint meeting of the City Council and the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012 at the City Council regular <br />meeting. It will be the first presentation item on the agenda beginning at around 6:15 <br />or 6:30 p.m. for 30-40 minutes. It is important that there be full attendance. This is your <br />meeting with the City Council to discuss areas of importance to you and to gather input and <br />guidance from them. <br />To prepare the City Council for the meeting, a draft memo outlining the highlights of the work <br />of the Commission over the last year and areas the Commission sees working on over the <br />next year is included in your packet.
