After you get your tax 1D number then proceed with filling out the attached Form ST 19 and send it with this completed form and your check to secure a spot in our event. If you do NOT have a Minnesota Tax ID number AND you will only be selling items at this ONE craft fair in 2008 AND you anticipate sales of LESS than $500, then you are exempt from paying sales taxes.
