,W)" JeffGvorsorr
Cily of Roseville
Master Ilan Development Costs
November 8, 2006
Page 4
Combining the above tasks we estimate this master plan process to cost approximately $30,000 -
$45,000, The low end of the cost range would include project documentation, conducting 4-5
workshops and presentations, engaging the community and Stakeholder Task Force, graphic
alternatives, facility programming, and a final master flan with cost estimate and phasing. The
high enol costs would also include graphic and written web site materials, identify funding
sources, and 7-8 workshops and presentations. This range of costs and task can be tailored to fit
your needs.
Looking into the natural resource side, limited implementation that would only include
hydrologic restoration may cost as little as $10,000, while implementing a 3-5 year restoration
program for both wetland and upland areas surrounding'the nature center could cost up to
5100,000, The latter figure is largely related to the multiple treatments and integrated approach
required to effectively manage purple loosestrife. While the hydrologic restoration alone would
help the wetland, we recommend a more substantial, integrated effort to allow the best long-term
efficacy.
Writing of grant applications would be considered an additional service or conducted on a pro-
bono basis, depending on possibilities for Bonestroo to be involved in implementation of a
particular project.
Please feel free to contact nie with any questions regarding our proposal at 651-604-4861.
Sincerely,
Bonestroo Rosene Ande.rlik & Associates, Inc.
Stuart M.
