Public participation and public comment is <br />encouraged. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF APRIL 3, 2007 MEETING <br />Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of April 3, 2007. Please be prepared to approve or amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve or amend minutes of the meeting April 3, 2007. <br />3. AFFILIATED GROUP DISCUSSION — ROSEVILLE AREA YOUTH BASEBALL ASSOCIATION <br />It has been the desire of the commission to periodically meet with various Roseville Affiliated <br />groups to discuss their programs, understand their goals and needs particularly as they relate <br />to facilities. Steve Pitzel from the Roseville Area Youth Baseball Association has asked to <br />present to the commission and will be present at the May meeting. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discussion, Questions, Comments, suggestions regarding <br />the Roseville Area Youth Baseball Association. <br />4. DEPARTMENT REVIEW <br />Staff will present a review of the current and upcoming recreation programs, services and <br />projects. <br />Requested Commission Action: Comments, questions and suggestions for recreation <br />programs, services and projects <br />5. IMAGINE ROSEVILLE 2025 HIGHLIGHTS <br />The attached section one of three of the Imagine Roseville 2025 report was adopted by the <br />Roseville City Council on Thursday March 29th, Staff has begun to work on identifying what <br />areas best fit into each department. The identified department will then take the lead on the <br />particular goal/strategy. The identified department will work to identify and detail ways of <br />accomplishing the goals and strategies. Staff will continue to regularly gather input from the <br />commission. Please review the document prior to the meeting and be prepared to discuss <br />your thoughts. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss and determine Commissions role in future <br />implementation of the goals and strategies. <br />6.
