Public participation and public comment is <br />encouraged. <br />2. Approval of Minutes of May 1, 2007 meeting <br />Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of May 1, 2007. Please be prepared to approve or amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve or amend minutes of the meeting May 1, 2007. <br />3. United Properties Proposal #4 Near Langton Lake Park <br />Attached is proposal #4 and the most recent update of the United Properties Proposal near <br />Langton Lake Park. The drawing is very conceptual and does not include a detail landscape <br />design which I believe we need to see prior to making a formal recommendation. This is on the <br />agenda simply to update you briefly what has transpired since your last meeting when you <br />indicated general support for this type of concept if certain identified criteria could be met. <br />Requested Commission Action: Comments, questions, suggestions. <br />4. Department Review <br />Staff will present a review of the current and upcoming recreation programs, services and <br />projects. <br />Requested Commission Action: Comments, questions and suggestions for recreation <br />programs, services and projects <br />5. Discuss Meeting Start Times <br />At your May meeting you briefly discussed the possibility of an earlier start time for the <br />Commission meetings. You requested that this be placed on the June agenda for further <br />discussion. Please think about this and how it might affect your attendance and what works <br />best for you. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss and recommend Parks and Recreation <br />Commission meeting start times. <br />6. IANC Planning Committee Update <br />The HANC planning committee has met twice thus far. The first two meetings have involved <br />primarily orientation and organization.
