However, this <br />access road has significantly impacted our development. The access road <br />contemplated in our proposed development specifically benefits residents of the City, it <br />is consistent with the long term planning goal for Langton Lake Park as described in the <br />city's Comprehensive Plan, and it should fulfill any Park fees required of our <br />f <br />development. <br />We ask that there be no additional excess burden imposed on our development. We <br />object to any Park Dedication Fees imposed on our development since those Park <br />Dedication Fees have been satisfied by the cost of the access road through our site. We <br />wish to continue to be able to provide a tremendous housing option, priced at a goad <br />i <br />value, for the seniors in Roseville. <br />$irtcere <br />Mark W.
