079 '0 7/2D07 1 G: 13 JP/I-LC 73S517927100 NO, 475 E)0 3,)
August 7, 2007
Page 2
We are pleased to have worked with the City and come to an agreement on a plan that
fulfilis the City's long term goals of Park access from Cleveland Avenue. However, this
access road has significantly impacted our development. The access road
contemplated in our proposed development specifically benefits residents of the City, it
is consistent with the long term planning goal for Langton Lake Park as described in the
city's Comprehensive Plan, and it should fulfill any Park fees required of our
f
development.
We ask that there be no additional excess burden imposed on our development. We
object to any Park Dedication Fees imposed on our development since those Park
Dedication Fees have been satisfied by the cost of the access road through our site. We
wish to continue to be able to provide a tremendous housing option, priced at a goad
i
value, for the seniors in Roseville.
$irtcere
Mark W.
