Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee; Willmus: Laliberte; Etten; Roe. City Manager Pat Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> For discussion purposes, Councilmember Laliberte requested removal of Consent Item <br /> 7.d and Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Item 7.g, respectively <br /> entitled "Approve a Resolution Authorizing the City of Roseville to Participate in the <br /> Minnesota GreenStep Cities Program" and "Approve Park Building Electronic Door Ac- <br /> cess Control and Video Security." <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus: Laliberte; Etten; Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 4. Council Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe and Councilmembers announced various and upcoming activities and events, <br /> including"Coffee with a Cop" (additional information available at 792-7008); and family <br /> activities at community parks and "Discover Your Parks" events (additional information <br /> available at 792-7006). Information is also available via the City's website at <br /> www.ci.roseville.mn.us. <br /> Councilmember Willmus announced openings on the Roseville Housing & Redevelop- <br /> ment Authority (RHRA) for terms ending September 23, 2018 (additional information <br /> and applications available at 792-7001); with a filing deadline of August 7, 2014 and in- <br /> terviews and appointment scheduled at a subsequent meeting. <br /> Mayor Roe announced upcoming City meetings; and provided an update on the most cur- <br /> rent negotiations between the ten member cities in the North Suburban Cable Commis- <br /> sion and Comcast on the franchise agreement. Mayor Roe reported that the informal ne- <br /> gotiation process was going favorably, with two of the three outstanding issues resolved. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that the mayors and city managers of the ten member cities continued <br /> to meet to address governance and ongoing operations for the Commission, currently <br /> suggesting creation of an operating committee made up of those ten community city <br />
