Councilmember Laliberte advised <br /> that this was news to her as well as the public, and she anticipated discussing it with the <br /> Metropolitan Council's District Ten Representative Marie McCarthy when she attended <br /> the July 21, 2014 City Council meeting. <br /> 5. Recognitions,Donations and Communications <br /> a. Proclaim"Night to Unite" <br /> Mayor Roe read a proclamation declaring August 5, 2014 at "Night to Unite" in <br /> Roseville, MN; calling upon all citizens to joint Roseville Neighborhood Watch <br /> Groups and the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association in supporting this annu- <br /> al effort. <br /> Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, proclaiming August 5, 2014 at "Night to <br /> Unit" in Roseville, MN; calling upon all citizens to joint Roseville Neighborhood <br /> Watch Groups and the Minnesota Crime Prevention Association in supporting this <br /> annual effort. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus: Laliberte; Etten; Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte noted that the City hosted the annual Roseville Family <br /> Night Out the evening before, August 4, 2014. <br /> 6.
