Mr. and Mrs. Elaine Kolstad live at 1397 Taylor Avenue in Saint Paul. Their lot is located <br />at 3051 Fairview Avenue, between County Road D and Lydia Avenue. The property is <br />zoned R-l Single Family and is 41,483 sq. ft. in size. The property has 170.5 feet of <br />frontage on Fairview Avenue. It is Mr and Mrs. Kolstad's proposal to divide their <br />property into two lots, in which they would build a 3 bedroom walk-out rambler. The <br />other lot would be sold for a one family dwelling. <br /> <br />2. The property Mr. and Mrs. Kolstad would like to divide is approximately 42,000 sq. ft. in <br />size and is zoned R-l Single Family.
