The Planning Commission, at the June 14, 1995 meeting, recommended approval of <br />the subdivision of a 41,000 square foot lot into two 20,000+ square foot lots with a <br />drainage easement along the new property lines. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />1. The site under consideration is 41,483 sq, ft. in size and is zoned R-1 Single Family. The <br />proposed lot division will create a new single family lot in the City ofRoseville. Both lots <br />meet the minimum size and frontage requirements for single family development and will <br />not require variances for single family construction. Therefore, it is staffs <br />recommendation that Mr, and Mrs. Kolstad's request for a division of a platted lot at 3051 <br />Faitview Avenue be approved. <br /> <br />CouJlcil Action Requ~sted: <br /> <br />1.
