Mr. Mike Falk
May 30,1995
Page 3

is to allow traffic to exit the aisle, traffic couId not do so frpm the order board. If it is to permit
traffic to park rather than wait in front of the pick up w~dow for a major order, there are no
parking spaces provided. i
r
I
Pedestrian access to the Boston Market from Lincoln Drive iappears adequa~e given the sidewalk
shown on the site plan. I!

Parking in front of the Boston Market is somewhat limited. Jt the retail draws heavily, the Boston
Market customers will probably end up in the shared par~g area towards Don Pablo's Mexican
Kitchen. If the aisle for the parking is moved to the east end rear Boston Market, and the handicap
spaces for the retail and Boston Market are moved to the e~' sterly edge of the front spaces, there
could be a walking area provided for pedestrians to reac the shared parking. This could be
. incorporated with the raised island which is shown. Unde the current scheme, the pedestrians
must walk between parked cars or go to the existing handic~p ramp and walk through the center
of the parking lot.
