MtMeso~ "113
Ro: ROMVlllo CrossInls - PtTD Amendment
Project Number 93-42

Dear Mr. Patk:
We have received a copy of the letter from Mr. Glen Van Wormer of SEH to you dated
May 30. 1995 relative to I\is traffic review of our revised site plan at Rosevillc
Crossings.
I have discussed Lhese items with Slawik Ptopcttics and Olen and have agreed with
nearly all of the items in his letter.
I. We do no~ take issue with SEH.s eva1uation of 1he additiona1 traffic volume, peak
hour trips, etc. resulting from the chang~ of use at lot 4. We assume aU
information is derived from pormal traffic standards and gufdetine data.
2. We will chane:e the traffic Bow along the east and north sides of the building on lot
4 to .one W'4Y. going in a countcr-elockwise direction as suggested. This should
eliminate a number of traffiC congestion concerns raised by -sm.
3. We wiJJ move the ~nl tpaeeI on the south side of the buDding to the west so
that the acoe&S isle will be atfjA~t to the pick..up is1and. This illi1llUtu~estcd and
will alleviate any dead end parJdI)J;: areas. The Jayout as shown was a reque$l of
Boston Market to place more proximate paWnS dircd.1y in front of their store.
4. We would like to k~ tho two handicapped parkin.llpl:ces in the middte portion of
the parkinS lane to keep thexn equally ac<:eISIDte to 1h~ fuU buUdina frontase.
MoVina them to the east end to be in line with the relocated access is1e would not
be advantageous 10 the Jest of the retail. Glen thought that this would be OK
. although it may be a little more ctifficult for autos to enter and exit these spaces.
5. W. will increase tho ndfus of the ourb. at two.e:parate trUck maneuverin. areas as
IUgested.
