Background <br /> <br />Mr. Barry O'meara owns property between Sherren Avenue and County Road B on the <br />south side of the newly constructed Milton Street cul-de-sac. This property, combined <br />with recently vacated right-of-way, totals .64 acres in size, It is Mr. O'Meara's proposaL to <br />plat the vacant property into three single family lots. All three of these lots would tront on <br />the Milton Street cul-de-sac. During the pavement management program construction last <br />year, curb cuts, as well as sewer and water services were extended to these proposed lots. <br /> <br />2. Development Summary <br /> <br />The properties Mr. O'meara would like to divide and replat are approximately 34,262 sq. <br />ft, in size and are zoned R-l Single Family. There is a total of185.61 feet of frontage on <br />Milton Street.
