Hamline Avenue I wish to comment on <br />the proposal by Engelsma Limited Partnership for-a conditional use permit at 2797 <br />Hamline Avenue (PF#2775). I am very IT\ucl;t opposed to such a permit being issued. We <br />do not need yet another place to gamble. Each dollar spent at the proposed bingo parlor <br />is one dollar no longer available to purchase goods and services in the rest of the <br />community.
