<br />January 13, 1997 <br /> <br />Ms. Paula Kneisl <br />Administrator, Roseville Good Samaritan Center <br />1415 West Cou nty Road B <br />Roseville, MN 55113-4251 <br /> <br />RE: Request of Roseville Good Samaritan Center. 1415 County Road B W. for <br />reaffirmation of side yard setback variance <br /> <br />Dear Ms, Kneisl: <br /> <br />This is to inform you that the Roseville City Council, at their meeting of January 12, <br />1998, unanimously approved your request for reaffirmation of the side yard setback <br />variance, granted initially by the Council on July 24, 1995, to allow the extension of the <br />northern residential wing of your facility 18 feet to the east toward Albert Street. <br /> <br />As a reminder, Section 1013,03 of the City Code, states that any action by the City <br />Council to grant a variance expires within six months (in this case June, 1998), unless a <br />building permit has been issues. <br /> <br />If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Dennis P.
