G. -Roo & Sons. Inc.. <br />new drainage cak:ulations and a site visit. <br /> <br />The pond as constructed is in general confonnance with the approved plan and design. <br />Based on survey shots, the final pond contours are slightly different than the original <br />plan, however calculations indicate that the pond will meet the requirements of the <br />approved pond design. <br /> <br />Lots along the west side of the pond are not finished with sod at this time. The slope <br />appears more than 3: 1 at the rear of these lots next to the pond.
