Plowe Consulting <br />Engineer with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) Prior to any work being started <br />- the property line must be defined with stakes <br />- a construction fence must be installed and <br />maintained at the 15 foot grading encroachment line <br />- a silt fence must be installed where necessary <br /> <br />This must be completed by May 24, 1997 and <br />approved by the Park Project Coordinator prior to the <br />start of the work. <br /> <br />2) The proposed retaining wall behind unit #31 can <br />encroach onto the park property the width of one <br />retaining block. <br /> <br />3) If sod is used to control erosion at the bottom of the <br />swale it must be left unmowed. <br /> <br />4) Any alterations to the approved landscape restoration <br />plan must be approved by the Park Project <br />Coordinator. <br /> <br />5) Work in the 15 foot encroachment area of the park <br />must be completed and approved by the Park Project <br />Coordinator by August 1, 1997. <br />
