MEMO

To:
From:
Subject:
Date:

File
RICK JOPKE
4/29/97 Meeting with Rich Kettler
April 29, 1997

I met with Rich Kettler on 4/29/97 at the Rosetown Ridge site to discuss how to complete the
grading, drainage, and landscaping along the south edge of the project and how to minimize the
impact on the park. Others attending were the Rosetown Ridge property manager, Len Pratt,
Chuck Stifter, and Baron Behning. It was agreed that the following actions would occur:

1. The stakes marking the property line would be reestablished immediately.

2. The construction limits fence would be reestablished 15 feet south of the property line
immeditely.

3. The silt fence would be reestablished immediately.

4. City staff will review and approve 1-3 above once they are completed.

5. Chuck Plowe would be directed to design a solution to handle drainage along the south
property line. Issues to be addressed include how to minimize impact on the park, how to
handle roof drainage, how to provide a solution which which can be constructed within
the limited space available ( 3.5 to 5 feet). Chuck Plowe will provide a design for staff to
reVIew.

6. Kettler will provide a schedule for completion of incomplete items.

7. We will meet on the site to review the proposed solution.

C:\ WPWIN60\ TEMP LA TE\MEMO\429KET.MEM
