Being registered land as is evidence by Certificate of Title No. 242092. 2. Planned Unit Development Approval. The CITY hereby grants approval of the Final Development Plan and subject to the DEVELOPER'S compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. The CITY agrees to approve applications for building permits, provided that said plans are consistent with the exhibits which were approved at the concept and final stage of the Planned Unit Development process, and all of the conditions of this agreement have been satisfied. - 2 -
