Gary and Elizabeth Boryczka currently live at 606 4th Avenue NW, in the City of New Brighton. On June 29, 1995, they acquired a parcel ofland located at 2250 Acorn Road in the southwestern portion ofRoseville. The lot which the Boryczka's purchased is currently an undeveloped open space that is approximately 1 1/2 acres in size and zoned R-l Single Family Resideritial. Upon purchasing the lot, it was their intention to build on one lot, then sell the other lot for a future single family use. It should be noted that the Boryczka property was at one time part of Martha Wood's 2.44 acre lot at 2250 Acorn Road which was divided in 1993 to facilitate the sale of her house. 2. The property that Mr. and Mrs. Boryczka would like to divide is approximately 63,000 sq. ft. in size and is zoned R-l Single Family. There is 379.1 feet of frontage on Acorn Road. The two lots being proposed are well in excess of minimum interior lot sizes and street frontage.
