Gary and Elizabeth Boryczka currently live at 606 4th Avenue NW, in the City of New <br />Brighton. On June 29, 1995, they acquired a parcel ofland located at 2250 Acorn Road <br />in the southwestern portion ofRoseville. The lot which the Boryczka's purchased is <br />currently an undeveloped open space that is approximately 1 1/2 acres in size and zoned <br />R-l Single Family Resideritial. Upon purchasing the lot, it was their intention to build on <br />one lot, then sell the other lot for a future single family use. <br /> <br />It should be noted that the Boryczka property was at one time part of Martha Wood's 2.44 <br />acre lot at 2250 Acorn Road which was divided in 1993 to facilitate the sale of her house. <br /> <br />2. The property that Mr. and Mrs. Boryczka would like to divide is approximately 63,000 sq. <br />ft. in size and is zoned R-l Single Family.
