The City Council, at the October 23, 1995 meeting, continued Jeffrey Bernstein's request <br />for a conditional use permit for an automotive repair business at 2215 Snelling Avenue <br />North to the November 13, 1995 meeting to allow the City Attorney to prepare suitable <br />findings offact for denial. <br /> <br />2. The findings of fact are attached. <br /> <br />Alternative Actions: <br /> <br />1. Deny Jeffrey Bernstein's request for a conditional use permit for an automobile repair <br />facility at 2215 Snelling Avenue North based on the City Attorney's findings of fact. <br /> <br />2. Continue application to allow applicant and staff to prepare a more compatible use/design. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Adopt resolution to deny Jeffrey Bernstein's request for a conditional use permit at 2215 <br />Snelling Avenue North based on the attached findings offact. <br /> <br />Or <br /> <br />2.
