This property is <br />located at 1630 West Hwy 36 in Roseville. <br /> <br />The Special Use Permit requested by Jeffrey <br />Bernstein is a concern of Rosewood Village Condominium <br />Homeowners. An automobile repair service at this <br />location would not benefit or compliment the <br />surrounding buildings. The noise and added volume of <br />traffic is not desirable for homeowners.
