Insure that development occurs consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />2. To grant variances where hardship and/or practical difficulties exist. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve S. Hugo and Marie Blomgren's request <br />for a 4 foot 4 inch sideyard setback variance at 1805 Roselawn Avenue, consistent with <br />the permission by Seidenkranz to enter the adjoining property for painting or maintenance <br />of the existing structure. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Action: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve S. Hugo and Marie Blomgren's request for a 4 foot 4 inch sideyard <br />setback variance at 1805 Roselawn Avenue, consistent with the permission by <br />Seidenkranz to enter the adjoining property for painting or maintenance of the existing <br />structure. The permission or access easement on the new lot shall be recorded with the <br />property record by the developer (Seidenkranz). The applicant (Blomgren) shall pay all <br />recording costs. <br />
