That State licensing be present at all times. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Action: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve resolution approving Karen Alberg's request for a conditional use <br />permit for a one chair beauty salon at 1160 Roselawn Avenue with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a. Defining the hours business is conducted during the week. <br />b. Stipulating that there shall be no more than two client cars at a time and that those <br />cars must be parked off street. <br />c. That the conditional use permit is issued to the applicant only and shall <br />automatically expire upon the sale of the property. <br />d. That there shall be no product sales on the site except sale of products to <br />individuals at the time the service is rendered if appropriate. <br />e.
