<br /> <br />To: Business and Property Owners within Roseville's Tower Place Business Park <br /> <br />Re: TOWER PLACE BUSINESS PARK PLAN <br /> <br />The City of Roseville Planning Commission and Council cordially invites you to contribute your <br />ideas and attend a series of meetings regarding your business neighborhood. The FOURTH <br />meeting will be held from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Thursday, September 28th, in the City Hall <br />Council Chambers at Lexington and County Road "C". <br /> <br />Agenda for the September 28th Meeting: <br />1, Call to Order - 3 :OOpm <br />2. Introductions <br />3. Review of past meeting issues, booklet information, design guidelines <br />4. New ideas to be added to strengths and weaknesses. <br /> <br />5. Review, Discussion, and Ranking of Alternatives for: <br /> <br />a. Land Use <br />b. Utilities <br /> <br />c. Streets <br />d. Redevelopment Issues <br /> <br />Committee members should have read the handout on the alternatives in advance of the <br />meeting and be prepared to rank the alternatives in order of those most desirable <br />"solutions/concepts". We will attempt to do this is two hours, but iftime gets short another <br />meeting will be scheduled at your convenience. <br /> <br />6, Determine how and when the information and recommendations should be presented to the <br />Planning Commission and City Council (Staff will have some suggestions prepared). <br /> <br />7. Set next meeting agenda and date, if needed. (Thursday, October 26, 3-5pm ?) <br /> <br />8. Adjourn. - 5:00pm <br /> <br />The primary purpose of the meeting will be to hear ITom you, the committee members, regarding <br />what planning alternatives or concepts should be recommended, What is it that you would like to <br />see done to improve your business neighborhood?
